OpenGL Cairo Backend

I've been trying to get the OpenGL backend working under Windows, and have finally gotten a simple test application to work.

The next step is to attempt to tie in the various Cairo GL routines in the WebKit tree to see if we can get any hardware accelerated action on the 3D CSS and perhaps WebGL fronts.

I'm in the process of updating the WinCairoRequirements tree with the changes (as well as pushing them upstream), and should have it wrapped up some time tomorrow.
